WELCOME!

Race Day Agenda

  

Registration:                 8:30 – 9:00 am in Bench Room at west end of lodge.  Please identify, on the designated form at this time, the one member from your club to be appointed to the jury.

 

Lift Tickets:                  We will provide lift tickets for each team in accordance with the league rules.  We are unable to provide any additional complimentary tickets

Course Inspection:        9:30 – 9:45 on Satan’s Run (Bib’s visible, inspection by side slipping in and out of the course)

Safety Delegate Form:  To be signed by coaches following course inspection in the area of the finish 9:30 – 9:45 am.

Race Start:                    10:00 am

Jury Meeting:                Immediately following the race in the warm-up hut in the Finish Area.

Scoring:                         Following race in warm-up hut in Finish Area.

Awards:                         Shortly after scoring, in front of race admin hut, beside main lodge.

Helmets:                        All racers are required to wear helmets that meet all AOS requirements.
